IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR Direct Hire Project Manager/Data Anayst Position! $65000 to $85000 a year!PeopleShare is seeking a dynamic individual to join our clients team as a Project Manager/Data Analyst. In this role, you will spearhead new projects aimed at enhancing corporate value and advancing reporting capabilities. Your responsibilities will include assisting with monthly reporting, forecasting, and data management.Job Details for Project Manager:Project Manager Schedule:1st Shift Monday to Friday 6am-3pm or 8am-5pmProject Manager Pay Rate:$65000 to $85000 a yearJob Responsibilities for Project Manager:Spearhead new projects to enhance corporate value and advance reporting capabilities.Assist with monthly reporting, forecasting, and data management.Communicate and collaborate with all levels of management and outside vendors.Work independently to meet deadlines and take initiative in project execution.Prepare, interpret, and summarize project tracking reports and data used in decision making.Utilize excellent Excel (Pivot table), Word, and PowerPoint skills.Apply financial background to analyze budget vs. actual results.Manage data using Access or other database systems.Conduct cost analysis and utilize cost accounting principles.Implement system improvements, including Sage and DataRails or similar Excel-centric database systems.Preference for candidates with experience in mining, construction, or other heavy equipment industries.Job Requirements for Project Manager:At least 2 years of project management and data analytics experience.BA/BS degree in a relevant field.Excellent Excel (Pivot table), Word, and PowerPoint skills.Financial background with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.Strong data management experience.Ability to communicate effectively and work with all levels of management and outside vendors.Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.Experience in accounting and general ledger functions is preferred.Beneficial Skills for Project Manager:Experience with Access or other database systems.Previous experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling, primarily in Excel.Familiarity with cost analysis and cost accounting principles.Prior experience with system implementation, including Sage and DataRails or similar Excel-centric database systems.Background in mining, construction, or other heavy equipment industries is a plus.PeopleShare is the leading Staffing Agency in the region and has temporary to hire and permanent jobs in Pennsylvania (PA) Ashland, Hamburg, Pottsville, Schuylkill Haven, Tremont, Frackville, Tamaqua, Minersville, Orwigsburg, Hazleton, St. Clair.
