My client is looking for a detail oriented Regional Property Manager to join their growing team. This is well-established, 50-year-old, Real Estate Management firm operating throughout the country. The role will be responsible for the operational and financial success of a portfolio of properties in the Pennsylvania and Maryland region. Essential Functions of the Regional Property Manager

  • Responsible for the day-to-day operational direction and supervision of a multi-site property portfolio.
  • Ensure monthly occupancy and delinquency goals are met.
  • Provide reviews and analysis of operating budgets, monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements, and rent rolls for each assigned property.
  • Communicate regularly with on-site managers, company employees, lenders, property owners, financial partners, and other individuals as deemed necessary.
  • Expenses are carefully monitored and controlled
  • Performs regular visits to each property to ensure the highest standards are maintained.
  • Ensures all employees are properly trained.
  • Track repairs and unit turnovers.
  • Monitor building violations to ensure building managers are addressing complaints timely and certifying corrections prior to due dates.
  • Ensure full compliance with Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) requirements.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to all legal requirements are reinforced.
    Qualifications and Skills:
    • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in multi-site property management
    • Relevant experience in finance, with an understanding of multi-site development, ownership, and/or asset management is a plus!
    • Demonstrated experience and thorough understanding of project-based, Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) requirements.
    • Demonstrates a financial acumen and analytical, problem solving and quantitative abilities.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate complex activities, prioritize conflicting demands, and meet deadlines.
    • Must be highly motivated, be able to work independently, solve problems, and possess strong written and oral communication skills.
    • RealPage, Yardi, ARGUS software (preferred)
      Preferred Experience:
      • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, accounting, finance, management, or real estate development (Preferred).
      • Project-based housing, Section-8, Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) experience (Preferred).
      • ARM, COS, Tax Credit Certification (Preferred).
      • Must have knowledge of Federal, State and Local regulatory policies.
