Job Description:

Position Responsibilities

• 
  
• Participate in month end and year-end financial close activities, maintaining accurate, timely accounting records and supporting documentation
  
• Responsible for daily banking activities, such as adding new banking, approving wires/ACH's, and issuing stop payments
  
• Reconcile and analyze freight margin for our Logistics company
  
• Maintain fixed asset records
  
• Reconcile bank statements and other general ledger accounts
  
• Provide weekly/monthly analysis reports
  
• Utilize Prophix CPM software to create financial reports
  
• Participate in the annual budgeting process
  
• Assist with the annual audit and tax preparation activities
  
• Build cooperative working relationships with relevant internal and external parties
  
• Ad hoc reporting and analysis

    Required Experience
    
    • 
      
    • Minimum of 1-2 years' relevant experience
      
    • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business-related discipline
      
    • Computer literacy, proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP Systems
