Reporting to the Provost, the Executive Assistant provides
administrative, technical and supervisory support through a broad
array of duties and responsibilities to sustain the role of the
Provost and the operation of the Provost's Office in a highly
detailed and responsible manner. The Executive Assistant will
interface with a wide variety of diverse internal and external
constituencies requiring considerable discretion and
confidentiality. They will collaborate frequently with staff in the
offices of the President, General Counsel, Human Resources,
Finance, and deans of Student Affairs and the Colleges and must be
able to quickly adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment with
competing demands. The incumbent is a servant leader who oversees
administrative matters with minimal guidance and assumes
responsibility, works autonomously, uses independent judgment on
Provost's office matters and works consistently and frequently with
highly confidential material.

Salary Range:
This is a Staff Exempt position with a hiring range of $52,500 to
$65,625. The offer rate will be based on a review of the
candidate's credentials compared to the qualifications of the
position, internal equity, and our overall compensation
philosophy.
