About the roleThe Sr. Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, consolidating, and interpreting financial data and preparing detailed reports for review by all levels of management. ResponsibilitiesKey contributor in month-end-related activitiesJournal entries Various corporate reports (Capex, headcount, etc.) Inter-co balance reconciliationPrepare/assemble HFM load fileMaintain/review the account reconciliation check listManage bank interface and portalPost daily feed to SAPPrimary contact with the bankMaster the overall bank processApprove transactions as neededFile monthly and quarterly sales and use tax returnsUpdate fixed assets sub-ledger and tracking of CIP projectsCoordinate external auditsAnnual budget, leadership role in assigned areasHeadcount Indirect laborFringe benefitsCapex (reporting only)HFM loadFile federal, state, and local census reports on an as-needed basisPerform monthly balance sheet accounts reconciliation as assignedProvide supporting documentation to any corporate request including tax departmentProvide support to accounts payable managementDirect the work of a contract, part-time employeeQualificationsMust be proficient at working independently, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities, and focused on efficiency improvementsMotivated self-starter and take-charge leader with a high level of integrityExcellent teamwork skillsStrong analytical, organizational, communication and interpersonal skillsMust be proficient with ExcelSAP experience highly preferredEducation & ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required Minimum five 5 years' experience in accounting and/or financial analyst position Sales and use tax reporting experience preferredFixed Asset experience preferredWhat We OfferComprehensive benefits include:Medical, dental, and vision insurance programs401K plans with employer-matching contributionsTuition reimbursementPTOPaid holidaysVolunteer time offFor more information about benefits, please go to: https://careers.leviton.com/benefits Leviton is an EEO/AA Employer.
