Job Details:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Controller for our Medical Industry client. This role will require you to be at the forefront of financial management, leveraging your expertise in areas such as budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls. You will be working within a fast-paced, challenging environment where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the financial health and direction of the company. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly dermatology, and a strong ability to work with Microsoft Dynamics and Jet Reporting.Why join us?

• A consistently growing company with huge growth potentialJob DetailsResponsibilities:1. Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.2. Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal controls.3. Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.4. Manage the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.5. Conduct regular audits to identify and address any discrepancies.6. Oversee the disbursement of funds and monitor expenditures to ensure alignment with the budget.7. Prepare ad hoc reports as needed to support decision-making.8. Work closely with other departments to understand their financial needs and provide strategic financial guidance.9. Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in healthcare regulations, particularly in the field of dermatology.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or CPA certification is a plus.2. 4+ years of experience in a finance leadership role, preferably within the healthcare industry.3. Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics and Jet Reporting.4. Extensive experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.5. Knowledge of financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.6. Experience with month-end and year-end close processes.7. Proven ability to conduct audits and prepare financial statements.8. Experience managing disbursements and monitoring expenditures.9.
