- Financial Management: Lead and oversee corporate accounting,
including financial reporting, general ledger management, and
compliance with accounting standards. Manage month-end and year-end
close processes, ensuring accurate financial statements.
- Cost Accounting Expertise: Develop, implement, and manage cost
accounting strategies to optimize operational efficiency. Analyze
production costs and recommend improvements to enhance
profitability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess
manufacturing processes and identify cost-saving
opportunities.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Drive budgeting and forecasting
processes, collaborating closely with department heads to develop
accurate financial projections. Monitor variances between actuals
and budgets, providing insightful analysis to support strategic
decision-making.
- Compliance and Internal Controls: Ensure compliance with
regulatory requirements and internal policies. Establish and
maintain strong internal controls, conducting regular audits to
safeguard assets and mitigate risks. Stay updated on accounting
regulations and industry best practices.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of accounting
professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work
environment. Provide guidance and training, empowering the team to
achieve their goals and meet organizational objectives.
- Strategic Financial Planning: Partner with senior leadership to
develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the
company's goals. Provide financial insights, analyses, and

investments.Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA
or CMA certification preferred.
- Proven experience in corporate accounting and cost accounting
roles within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis,
and cost accounting methodologies.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and financial software, ensuring
accurate and efficient data management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
