Job Description Job Title: Project Finance Business Partner, Development Location: Cambridge, MA , Morristown, NJ About the Job The Project Finance Business Partner, Development actively contributes to the strategy and execution of clinical projects in his/her perimeter by providing finance support to the Global Project Teams. You will have a strong focus on financial planning and analysis, be a trusted financial partner with strong analytical skills, be highly adaptable and focused on achieving results. The scope of work will encompass budgeting and forecasting, month-end closing analysis and ad-hoc requests in a fast-paced environment. Main Responsibilities - Partner with Global Project Heads and Teams to provide financial insights and decision support for clinical development projects. - Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities, ensuring accuracy and transparency. - Analyze project variances, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions to optimize financial outcomes. - Support strategic investment decisions by preparing project valuations and financial recommendations for governance bodies. - Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, CMC, TMU, and other finance teams to align on cost drivers and assumptions. - Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and contribute to continuous process improvement.
