A thriving, privately held food manufacturer headquartered in Central Pennsylvania (near Lewisburg) — with over $200M in annual sales — is seeking a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to join their dynamic team. About the Opportunity: Report directly to the CFO in a highly visible, high-impact role. Drive strategic financial support across Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, and Distribution. Play a key leadership role in CAPEX budgeting, ROI analysis, pricing strategies, manufacturing cost analysis ("War Room" support), and monthly financial reporting. Lead budget preparation and spearhead continuous financial planning improvements. Collaborate closely with executive leadership, while operating independently and proactively. What You Bring: Bachelor's degree required; 5 years of progressive FP&A experience (manufacturing environment preferred). Exceptional Excel and IT skills; experience with enterprise accounting systems like Infor Adage and Prophix is a plus. Strategic, action-oriented mindset with sharp communication, organizational, and planning skills. Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, tight-knit environment where leadership expects excellence.
