    • UNITED WAYo Develop, edit and coordinate funding reports and applicationso Develop systematic statistical reports for each United Way funded program
      • EDUCATIONAL IMPROVEMENT TAX CREDIT PROGRAMo Expand number of donorso Provide required reports to donorso Issue EITC receipt letters to donors
        • ADVISORY BOARDo Develop agenda in consultation with CO and Board chairo Act as recording secretary for the Boardo Develop and maintain rostero Distribute Board minuteso Provide administrative support for the following Board committees:
          • Development Committee
          • Christmas Committee
          • Annual Civic Breakfast Committee
          • Executive Committee
          • Finance Committee
          • Membership Committee
          • Property Committee
          • Social Services Committee
          • ANNUAL BREAKFASTo Follow through on SA support requirements for Advisory Board committeeo Provide logistics and organizations for breakfasto Manage sponsor, attendee and contact listso Responsible for development, printing and distribution of Save the Date cards, sponsorship letters, solicitation letters, programs
            • PUBLIC RELATIONSo Media relations and development of contactso Social media management: Facebook, web site, otherso Develop and maintain program descriptive materials and media
              • KETTLESo Location development and expansiono Ensure adequate supplieso Work with Advisory Board Committee to develop and solicit kettle sponsorshipo Employee recruitment, hiring and trainingo Daily kettle managemento Provide support for counter kettle programo Support kettle counting and depositso Update Red Kettle Worker dailyThe above list of job duties is not exclusive or exhaustive and the candidate will be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the scope of the post.Qualifications
                • Associates/Bachelor'sdegree in Business/Marketing or equivalent education or work experience in a related field
                • Must have excellent, demonstrable administrative capacities
                • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word PowerPoint, Facebook and web applications
                • Hands-on experience developing case records, doing case interviews, and case management
                • This position requires flexibility with the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
                • Must possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with and communicate with people from various socioeconomic levels
                • Child Protection Clearances PA Act 153 requires that all prospective employees complete the following clearance and background checks prior to employment: PA Child Abuse History Clearance, PA State Police Criminal Record Check and FBI Criminal Record/Fingerprint Check. Meets the Child Protection Clearances required by PA Act 153 to include PA Child Abuse History Clearance, PA State Police Criminal Record Check and FBI Criminal Record Check along with renewals every 5 years.
