  • Regular social eventsJob descriptionAdministrative Clerk for Pennsylvania FacilityToy Factory, LLC, a privately held company, designs, manufactures; markets and distributes a variety of stuffed toy & novelty products for outdoor amusement parks and attractions, location-based indoor family entertainment centers and vending companies that operate skill crane machines.Toy Factory's mission is straightforward and simple. We aim to supply superior quality, value-oriented products and service to customers operating games in amusement venues. We have established distribution facilities in Texas and Pennsylvania. Toy Factory is seeking a high- volume Administrative Clerk to handle the day-to-day operation activities in our PA Facility.
    • We offer competitive pay, full benefits including paid time off, 401K, life insurance, and several choices for both medical and dental insurance to include additional portable plans.Status: Full Time Non-ExemptLocation: Elysburg, PASalary: $18.00 to $19.00 / HourEducation: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent; Computer skills requiredExperience: Required 3 to 5 years increased business administrative clerk experience with a concentration in front office day to day functions.Supervisory Duties: This position has no supervisory responsibilities and will report directly to the plant manager.SUMMARY: This position is primarily responsible for assisting in the business office of establishment by performing the following duties.Work involves securing company documents; handling and transporting records; filing; sorting and retrieving information; and protecting the confidentiality of information.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
      • Manage all Accounting on site paperwork to be communicated to the Texas Corporate Office. (i.e. packing lists, meter readings, deliveries, inventory entries, receiving(s), customer sales orders, to include various other similar functions.)
      • Assist the management team in the Pennsylvania plant with all day-to-day paperwork flow.
      • Meet and register all incoming guests to include but not limited to incoming vendors.
      • Handle incoming phone calls
      • Operates office equipment such as photocopying machine, scanner, etc.
      • Accomplishes all tasks as appropriately assigned or requested in addition to duties listed above.
      • Handles inbound sales orders for shipping and accuracy
      • Verify Freight Quotes
      • Host incoming applicants for scheduled interviews in coordination with the Texas Corporate HR Office.
      • Miscellaneous duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS:
        • Ability to show initiative and commitment to the company's goals
        • Ability to readily adapt to changing requirements
        • Ability to manage individual workflow effectively
        • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication
        • Must be able to follow instructions and perform repetitive tasksCREDENTIALS, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
          • Pass a pre-employment drug screen.
          • Provide proof of work eligibility status upon request.
          • Pass a pre-employment and biennial criminal background check.
          • Maintain computer literacy required to meet the responsibilities of the position
          • Work effectively and without intensive supervision both independently and as a member of a multidisciplinary team
