2022 The Site Leadership Team Administrative Assistant reports to
the Site Director and supports the Marietta Lead Team. This role
requires a high level of tact and integrity due to the great
frequency of senior-level internal and external contacts and
regular exposure to confidential data. Also, a thorough knowledge
of the executive's accountabilities and method of operation, work
independently with only general guidance on a variety of special
projects. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key

some of the following... * Ensures personal objectives are aligned
with site goals and objectives * Communicate and/or coordinate Site
Director's instructions and desires with various individuals and/or
departments. Provide and obtain information from other executives
or outside representatives * Receive and screen telephone calls,
letters and/or visitors for the Site Director and Marietta Lead
Team. Organize and maintain the Site Director's calendar,
correspondence and records, following up on pending matters with
limited direction/supervision * Develop, design, maintain and
update department reports, meeting agendas, project proposals and
other routine and non-routine correspondence in a way, that is
clear, timely and, when necessary, confidentially * Communicate
and/or coordinate activities between multiple managers and
departments * Organize site management meetings, including
attendance, room set up and catering needs. Schedule, plan, and
coordinate SLT appointments, SLT meetings, SLT conferences, site
events * Perform as a Health & Wellbeing Champion for site by
working with managers to plan and support conversations focused on
team ways of working that help people understand the connection to
healthy, sustainable ways of working * Author Ariba purchase orders
and act as SME for Ariba or the site * Support audits as needed as
a control room team member * Manage all GSK branded promotional
materials and ensure GSK policy compliance for branded materials
and employee gifts * Perform all job responsibilities in compliance
with applicable EHS and GMP regulations, guidelines, policies, GSK
standard operating & safety procedures, and industry practice and
Industrial Excellence initiatives Why you? Basic Qualifications: We
are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve
our goals: * High School diploma or equivalent * 5+ years
experience providing administrative support to senior leaders
Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following
characteristics, it would be a plus: * Associates degree *
Experience working in a GMP facility, governed by regulatory
guidelines and standard operating procedures and SAP experience *
Advanced IT skills to include Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word
and Excel, use of inter- and intranet * Excellent communication and
organization skills. Experienced in setting priorities, composing
correspondence, collecting data and preparing reports * Mastery of
standard software packages including MS Office. * Proven ability to
handle confidential matters/data with a high level of integrity and
confidentiality * Must be a committed team player prepared to work
in and embrace a team based culture * The ability to communicate
and negotiate with a positive and flexible approach to teamwork and
the ability to interact well with all levels of the organization *
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously some with a high
degree of sensitivity and confidentiality * Proven record of
providing excellent internal and external customer service * Act as
