Job Description:
BerkHR is seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Data Entry Clerk
for our 2nd Shift to support our AI-driven data solutions. This
role is critical to maintaining the accuracy and integrity of data
within our advanced payroll and benefits automation systems. As an
integral member of our Data Science & AI team, you will play a key
role in ensuring that vital data is processed accurately and
efficiently, contributing to the seamless service we provide to our
clients. Input, update, and maintain accurate data across various
databases and systems. Review data for errors or discrepancies and
make necessary corrections. Process confidential data while
upholding stringent security and privacy standards. Meet daily and
weekly data entry targets as set by team leads. Collaborate with
team members to continually improve data management processes.
Support data retrieval and reporting processes as required. Proven
ability to type with speed and accuracy. Strong familiarity with
database management and office software, particularly Excel.
Excellent attention to detail. Good analytical and problem-solving
skills. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
Effective communication skills. Certification in data management or
a related field is a plus.
