Lifecycle Management: Perform comprehensive installations, routine
maintenance, and complex repairs on various boiler sizes and types.
Technical Diagnostics: Utilize schematics and advanced diagnostic
tools to troubleshoot burner sequences and boiler logic. Mechanical
Maintenance: Execute "Open, Clean, and Close" procedures; perform
refractory repairs, tube cleaning, and gasket replacements. Safety
& Compliance: Conduct rigorous inspections to ensure all systems
meet local codes and manufacturer safety standards. Field
Representation: Act as a primary point of contact for clients,
providing technical explanations and exceptional customer service
during field calls. Technical Specialization: Combustion Controls A
critical component of this role is the ability to program,
troubleshoot, and commission leading flame safeguard and combustion
management systems, specifically: Fireye: Expertise in Linkageless
systems, including wiring, sequence timing, and flame signal
analysis. Siemens: Proficiency with LMV series linkageless systems,
including actuator adjustment and fuel-air ratio profiling.
Honeywell: Experience with 7800 Series controls and ControLinks
systems to optimize burner performance and safety. Experience &
Requirements Professional Background: Proven experience in
industrial boiler maintenance, HVAC/R, or a specialized mechanical
field. Schematic Literacy: Ability to read and interpret complex
electrical ladders and piping diagrams accurately. Operational
Independence: Demonstrated ability to manage field service routes
independently while maintaining high safety standards. Mechanical
Aptitude: Strong hands-on knowledge of pumps, valves, motors, and
