Comprehensive Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off (PTO), and paid holidays Career Growth : Clear paths for advancement into leadership or specialization Strong Company Culture: Team outings, employee appreciation events, and supportive leadership Steady Work: Year-round residential and light commercial projects What You’ll Do: Perform plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance services in residential and/or commercial settings Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues with accuracy and efficiency Install and repair piping systems, fixtures, water heaters, and related components Operate and maintain company-provided tools, equipment, and service vehicle Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance Ensure compliance with safety protocols, local codes, and company procedures Document work performed and communicate effectively with team members and customers What We Are Looking For: Previous plumbing experience ( journeyman, or equivalent) preferred- minimum 5 years experience. Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and techniques Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or certification a plus Disclaimer: The above job description is not intended as, nor should it be construed as, exhaustive of all responsibilities, skills, efforts, or working conditions associated with this job.
