for a Commercial Roofing Service Foreman to guide a team of roofers
in delivering exceptional service and extending the lifespan of
commercial roofing systems. As a Roofing Service Foreman at Nations
Roof, you’ll play a critical role in diagnosing roof issues,
training team members, and ensuring top-quality repairs and
maintenance on a variety of commercial roofing systems. If you’re a

satisfaction in every job we do. What You’ll Do: Lead with Impact :
Guide and mentor a small team, ensuring they follow safety
protocols and best practices in all roofing repairs and
installations. Technical Expertise : Conduct roof inspections,
diagnose issues, and perform repairs to extend roof life, working
with various roofing systems (EPDM, TPO, PVC, Built-Up, and more).
Customer-First Approach : Deliver high-quality service to our
customers, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
Problem-Solve On-Site : Use your technical knowledge to
troubleshoot and provide solutions for complex roofing challenges.
Keep Records : Accurately document all time, materials, and job
details for reporting purposes. Safety Focused : Enforce safety
standards on-site, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and
maintaining a safe work environment. What We’re Looking For:
Commercial Roofing Experience : Expertise in BUR, EPDM, Single-ply,
coatings, and other low-slope roofing systems. Leadership Skills :
Strong experience leading and training a team in the field.
Technical Troubleshooting : Proven ability to identify and solve
complex roofing issues. Clear Communication : Ability to
communicate effectively with both customers and team members.
Safety-Oriented : In-depth knowledge of OSHA safety standards and a
commitment to safety on the job. Tech-Savvy : Comfortable using
basic computer and smartphone tools for reporting and job tracking.
Flexibility : Willing to travel locally as needed. Preferred
Qualifications: 5 years of roofing production or supervisory
experience. Bilingual fluency (English/Spanish) is a plus. What We
