Restoration Worcester Eisenbrandt (WEI) , a historic restoration
construction company, is seeking a Mason Helper to work throughout
the Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) metropolitan
area. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay and a
comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision,
and paid time off. Job Responsibilities Build scaffolds and prep
work areas with materials, ensuring readiness for skilled masons.
Stock blocks and bricks to keep masons supplied and productive.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Mix mortar by hand
or with power mixers to provide proper consistency for masonry
work. Assist masons with various tasks to maximize productivity and
ensure high-quality results. Follow all safety protocols while
working at heights and in various weather conditions. Physical
Requirements Dependable and reliable. Perform physically demanding
activities, including lifting, climbing, balancing, walking,
stooping, and handling materials. Comfortable working at heights on
scaffolds up to 70 feet. Able to lift and carry objects weighing up
to 75 pounds. Use required personal protective equipment (PPE) at
all times. Qualifications Previous masonry experience required.
Strong attention to safety. Ability to work effectively as part of
