Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.
Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be
considered. This opportunity is for a Special Education Teacher to
provide Extended School Year (ESY) services in the Bucks County
area of Pennsylvania. The position supports K-12 students and
involves itinerant work across multiple schools within the county.
The contract period runs from June 23, 2026, through July 31, 2026,
with part-time hours Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM
(26 hours per week). Key Responsibilities: - Deliver specialized
instruction and support to students with disabilities during the
ESY program. - Collaborate with county and school staff to
implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). - Adapt lessons
and materials to meet diverse student needs. - Maintain accurate
records and communicate student progress to parents and
administrators. Qualifications: - Valid Pennsylvania Special
Education teaching certification is required. - Candidates holding
an Emergency Permit must be enrolled in a certification program. -
Proof of active licensure or emergency permit plus program
enrollment must be provided at the time of application. -
Experience working with K-12 special education students in a school
setting preferred. Location: - Main office is located in Levittown,
PA, with service coverage across approved schools in Bucks County
including several middle and elementary schools. Benefits: - Gain
