Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years
Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. This full-time contract
position is for a Behavior Specialist or Registered Behavior
Technician (RBT) supporting K-12 students in a school setting. The
role requires working one-on-one with students in an urban
environment, within typical school hours between 7 AM and 4 PM. The
position starts ASAP and runs through June 12, 2026. Key
Responsibilities: Provide direct behavioral support and
intervention for K-12 students. Work independently with minimal
district supervision. Collaborate with school staff to implement
behavior plans. Maintain active certification and comply with
district and state regulations. Adapt strategies to meet urban
school setting needs. Qualifications and Experience: Certified
Behavior Specialist or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Prior
school-based experience preferred. Ability to work one-on-one with
students. Reliable transportation essential. Must be comfortable
working with diverse student populations. Open to supporting
students across all K-12 grade levels. Male candidates only. Must
be willing and able to complete Pennsylvania clearances at own
expense. Ability to disclose district affiliation upfront. Work
Details: Full-time, 35 hours per week. Contract position with
school calendar year (CSY) duration. Specific daily hours will be
assigned based on school placement. Location: Chester, PA. A Zoom
interview will be conducted as part of the selection process. If
