Job Description Job Description Degree in Physical Therapy,
active Physical Therapist license and 1 year of Physical Therapy
experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. This per diem position
offers a unique opportunity to provide physical therapy services
within two closely located schools in Huntingdon County, PA. You
will support students during the Extended School Year (ESY)
program, providing targeted therapy sessions tailored to individual
needs. Location: Huntingdon County, PA (two nearby school sites)
Schedule and Caseload: ESY Session 1: 6/23/267/16/26 (4 weeks)
Serve 4 students with varying session lengths: Two 30-minute
sessions over 4 weeks Two 30-minute sessions every 4 weeks One
45-minute session weekly One 30-minute session weekly for 4 weeks
ESY Session 2: 6/22/268/3/26 (6 weeks) Support 1 student with
session times to be determined Responsibilities: Deliver in-person
physical therapy services according to individualized student needs
Collaborate with school staff and families to support student
progress Maintain accurate records and comply with PDE requirements
Adapt therapy interventions to diverse school settings on-site
Qualifications: Valid Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE)
licensure and credentials for physical therapy in schools
Experience working with school-aged children in a school or
educational setting preferred Commitment to providing in-person
services as mandated by this contract Ability to manage multiple
students schedules effectively during ESY sessions Benefits: Gain
