Description:The Process Engineer will be responsible for providing daily, hands-on support to engineers, assembly, and test technicians. The Process Engineer will improve upon the performance and design of existing products, assess process capabilities, and coordinate operator training for processes, products, and equipment. The Process Engineer will work directly with multiple departments to ensure that standards are met or exceeded.Duties/Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement new methods of manufacturing
• Support introduction of new products onto the production floor, ensuring manufacturing readiness
• Provide technical support to resolve manufacturing and quality programs, including yield and nonconforming product
• Identify, analyze, and implement cost reduction projects and cycle time improvements
• Ensure documentation and records are current and accurate
• Maintain related machines and equipment (I.E., preventive maintenance). Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years' experience applying engineering principles in an ultrasound manufacturing environment is generally required
