General SummaryThis position, which reports to the Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor, is responsible for coordinating and overseeing daily work activities of Electro-Mechanic personnel. The incumbent will prioritize assignments, troubleshoot problems, and follow up with Electro-Mechanics to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. In addition, the jobholder will maintain ongoing communication with Operations to discuss issues and provide updates on Maintenance activities. Other duties include maintaining the accuracy of the SAP Work Order System and serving as liaison for outside contractors.Required ExperienceCandidates for the position must possess a minimum of three years' previous Industrial Maintenance experience as an Electro-Mechanic in a food manufacturing environment and demonstrate leadership abilities. Completion of Industrial Technology coursework is required. Additional qualifications include excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as computer literacy and proficiency with the SAP System. To be considered for the position, candidates must achieve satisfactory scores in all areas of work keys testing, an industry based skill assessment tool. HoursApproximate working hours for this position are 6:45 p.m. to 7:15 a.m. on the continuous cookie maintenance schedule. Because hours will vary with the production schedule, flexibility to work alternate schedules is required. Availability for overtime work is essential to support other leaders' absences and scheduled vacations. Must be able to work overtime.
