What You'll Be Doing Lead process improvement initiatives to optimize plant performance and reduce operational costs Analyze production data and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and product quality Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support troubleshooting and technical problem-solving Develop and maintain process documentation, standards, and training materials Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for new technologies and process automation What Are We Looking For Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement Ability to communicate effectively across departments and levels of the organization Proficiency in process engineering tools and methodologies Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects and priorities Commitment to safety, quality, and environmental standards Work Environment This role operates in a dynamic industrial setting, requiring both office and field work. The position may involve exposure to varying temperatures, dust, and noise, and requires the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Travel to other plant locations may be required.
