Job Description Job Description Job Title: Maintenance Electrician Job Description Join our team as a Maintenance Electrician, where you will be responsible for repairing and troubleshooting various electrical problems in machinery. Your role will include performing preventative and reactionary maintenance, as well as installing new equipment. Responsibilities Repair and troubleshoot electrical issues up to 480V. Perform maintenance on pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Troubleshoot and program PLCs using ladder logic, particularly Siemens. Handle sensors such as photoeyes and pressure sensors. Work with drives, including VFDs. Troubleshoot and program HMIs. Essential Skills Proficient in PLC troubleshooting (Siemens). Experience with 480V - 3 phase electric systems. Skilled in HMI troubleshooting. Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Additional Skills & Qualifications Fabrication experience. Work Environment Work in a climate-controlled facility operating across two shifts: 2nd shift from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm, and 3rd shift from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am, Monday through Friday. Our production includes aluminum tubes, bottles, and cosmetic containers, utilizing both older equipment and a new state-of-the-art addition. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Lebanon, KY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $65000.00/yr. - Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits - PTO (pro-rated) – Holiday (30 days eligible) – Personal Time - Ability for growth internally Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Lebanon,KY.
