Our client is seeking a Foreman to join their Fence Crew team. As a Foreman, you will be part of the operations supporting residential and commercial fencing projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Foreman - Fence Crew Location: Red Lion, PA Pay Range: $22/hr-$27/hr (based on experience) Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday-Friday What's the Job? Coordinate directly with the Project Manager to understand project goals and scope Lead a traveling crew to complete fencing projects efficiently, safely, and to high standards Assess site developments and resolve issues with sound judgment Train, coach, and develop crew members to build a high-performing team Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications for fencing installations What's Needed? Proven experience in fence installation for residential and commercial projects Prior crew leadership or supervisory experience in a construction environment Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to travel for extended job assignments, including overnight stays Valid driver’s license What's in it for me?
