Job Description Job Description T&M Associates is seeking a Civil/Landscape Architect Designer to join our Land Development team in the Mid-Atlantic region. This role supports land development and site civil/LA improvement projects, with a primary focus on construction administration for public-sector work in southeastern Pennsylvania, including publicly bid K–12 school facilities. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with a mix of remote, in-office, and field work. Key Responsibilities Serve as a liaison between field construction teams and office-based site civil/LA design staff. Coordinate with owners, architects, MEPF engineers, construction managers, and contractors during construction. Review RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and change orders; attend recurring construction meetings and perform site visits. Monitor construction progress and verify compliance with design intent, specifications, and regulatory requirements. Prepare site civil and landscape architecture designs, including grading, stormwater management, utilities, roadways, drainage, and erosion control. Support project oversight, technical documentation, cost estimates, feasibility studies, and permitting. Assist with land use and zoning processes and mentor junior staff as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 5 years of experience in site/civil and landscape architecture design with construction administration exposure. Experience with public-sector projects and familiarity with municipal, DEP, and DOT permitting. Proficiency in AutoCAD; Civil 3D experience preferred. Strong understanding of bid and construction documentation and processes. Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. T&M estimates that the salary range for this position will fall between $95,000 - $120,000 . The actual salary offered may vary within this range, depending on a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, educational qualifications, specific skills and knowledge, as well as internal pay equity and geographic location.
