The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the project, which involves the construction of a warehouse building adjacent to a manufacturing plant. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take the lead in a crucial phase of project development. Responsibilities Serve as the on-site manager for the project, based out of a field trailer. Create and manage project schedules and budgets. Hire and oversee subcontractors. Handle all contract paperwork and document control. Act as the primary point of contact for client communications. Essential Skills Experience in project management and construction management. Proficiency in construction documentation and scheduling. Skilled in budget creation and handling change orders. Familiarity with commercial construction and project engineering. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with Procore or similar project management software. Strong experience in electrical systems is a plus. Work Environment The Project Manager will work out of a field trailer or field office located on-site. The remote location may require a commute for those traveling in. The role involves direct engagement with a high-profile customer, continuing a 20-year relationship Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Baltimore, MD. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
