As a Journeyman-HVAC Tech, you will be a crucial member of our Technical Support team, focusing on maintaining and enhancing HVAC systems which are essential for our energy operations. This role demands a high level of expertise and dedication to ensure the effective management of our HVAC systems, reflecting our commitment to operational excellence and sustainability. Perform routine maintenance and repair on HVAC systems and related controls. Troubleshoot and resolve advanced HVAC system issues in commercial and industrial settings. Ensure full compliance with all safety standards and regulatory requirements. Assist in the implementation of energy management projects. Conduct performance tests with specialized tools and adjust system settings to optimize energy use and system performance. Collaborate with other technical staff to ensure smooth operation and to devise efficient, cost-effective solutions for HVAC systems. Document all activities and prepare detailed reports on maintenance and repairs. Profound knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and problem resolution. Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals. Proficiency in using HVAC repair tools and diagnostic hardware. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively. A proactive approach and the capability to work independently.
