Job Description:
Constellation, a leading national provider of energy solutions,
is seeking an experienced Journeyman Electrical Service Technician
to join our dedicated Engineering and Maintenance department. In
this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring the effective operation,
maintenance, and repair of electrical systems across various energy
assemblies. Working with a dynamic team, you will play a key role
in helping Constellation deliver safe, reliable, and sustainable
energy solutions to our customers across the U.S. You will apply
your deep understanding of electrical systems and local electrical
codes to enhance service standards and ensure compliance with all
safety and operational regulations. Perform installations,
maintenance, and repairs on electrical systems and components,
ensuring compliance with all safety codes and regulations.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with power generation systems and
other electrical equipment. Regularly inspect and service
electrical systems to ensure optimal operation and reduce the
likelihood of downtime or disruptions. Collaborate with other
technical teams to coordinate maintenance and repair activities
seamlessly. Conduct safety tests and risk assessments on electrical
systems and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
Document technical data regarding maintenance and repair actions
for compliance and future reference. Proficient knowledge of
electrical systems, including installation, maintenance, and
repair. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Ability to
read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics. Solid
understanding of local and national electrical codes and compliance
requirements. Capable of managing time effectively and meeting
strict deadlines. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance 401k Certified Journeyman Electrician (valid state or
national license required). Preference for additional
certifications like NFPA 70E standard for electrical safety.
