Job Description:

We are searching for a detail-oriented candidate with construction sales experience. Candidate will be responsible for training, supervising and supporting the company sales team as well as company goals. Must have an ability to provide exceptional customer service, establish business relationships, create and track budget requirements. Work closely with the General Manager and Owners to design reasonable plans to hit the overall company sales goals, maintain profit margin; ensure construction technicians are meeting their individual goals; maintain customer satisfaction throughout project life cycle; achieve budgeted sales goals, work with company marketing team to ensure campaigns are generating leads and producing appointments and sales. You will also be responsible for solely contributing to the sales goals. Training when needed.Must be customer service focused, pay attention to detail, follow and create strategies for continued business success, be goal driven, enthusiastic, willing to take on responsibility and hold sales team accountable.
