Job Description:
Leading manufacturer in the automotive industry is seeking an
experienced buyer/planner with some background in training and
mentoring other buyers in manufacturing to serve in a role of
helping serve as a training leader for its high-volume supply chain
operation. The individual in this role is someone who thrives on
teaching and helping others and who enjoys the chance to help share
his or her knowledge of sourcing, contract negotiation, materials
planning and other nuances of buying/planning with others in the
field. Interested candidates should respond immediately with their
resume for prompt consideration as the company is hiring quickly.
The hiring company is solid and offers a strong, stable corporate
history without significant layoffs or any plant closings in more
than 20 years. Only qualified candidates with at least 5 years
experience and a college degree are encouraged to apply. APICS or
