Associate/Senior Associate Brand Manager, Digital Innovation

Job Location: Hershey, PA
The Associate Brand Manager (ABM)/Sr ABM, Digital Innovation has
responsibility for product innovation and digital activation
projects in support of the Digital business. The candidate must
have strong analytical skills and the ability to derive trends from
multiple data sources across Digital and Brick & Mortar channels,
and across Food & Beverage categories. This position often plays a
cross-functional leadership and/or project management role on
product innovation and portfolio renovation for omnichannel and
pure play digital retailers.
The Associate Brand Manager (ABM)/Sr ABM, Digital Innovation will
work with the product portfolio of The Hershey Company's iconic
brands, experimenting with assortment, pricing and fulfillment, to
secure the short- and long-term profitability and share position
for Hershey within Digital.
This position requires strong presentation and communication
skills, and an enthusiasm for bringing best-in-class digital
insights, strategies, consumer experiences to the broader
organization. The digital landscape is evolving very quickly and is
expected to continue to do so. So being a self-starter with an
entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for innovating new processes
and product development solutions is needed to capitalize on
emerging opportunities. Some familiarity or experience with Digital
Marketing levers such as Digital Media, Paid & Organic Search,
Pricing & Promotion would be an asset for this role.
--- Strategic (3-5 year), Annual, and Quarterly Digital marketing
planning and (periodic) re-planning on the business.
--- Brings digital marketing capabilities to life and advocate for
an omnichannel approach across marketing, category management, IS,
supply chain and sales.
--- Project ownership including navigation of stage-gate
commercialization and launch readiness activities.
--- Analysis of the business results and/or directing such

particular area of responsibility.

--- Personal training and development.
--- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in business, economics,
engineering, statistics, marketing or computer science; MBA
--- At least 3 years of related work experience.
--- Digital & Data analytics experience preferred
--- Superior leadership and influencing skills.
--- Overall business knowledge and holistic general management
--- Outstanding analytical abilities.
--- Ability to nurture and contribute to innovation and creative
--- Demonstrated ability to be accountable for sales and income
--- Strong verbal and written communicator to a wide breadth of
audiences including senior management.
--- State-of-the-art functional marketing expertise in some, if not
all, areas of marketing.
