Position Summary:
The Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for managing the
success of a variety of marketing communications projects so that
goals are accomplished on schedule, within budget, and with quality
results.
Types of projects may include creating and launching new content
across key marketing channels (such as email, social, print, web,
video, events), sales and marketing collateral, and other forms of
internal (associate) and external (customer) communications. This
role ensures that all deliverables are on brand.
This role builds relationships and works closely with internal
subject matter experts within Marketing, the business at large
(such as departments/teams within Leasing, Commercial Rental and
Used Trucks), marketing/advertising vendors, and customers (when
applicable).
Some typical duties and responsibilities may include:
• Lead and manage strategic marketing communications projects
• Creative/content development - prepare creative briefs, work
together with Creative team, provide feedback on deliverables
• Campaign planning - identify business/sales goals, target
audiences, and marketing goals/strategies/tactics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead effective
meetings
• Facilitate projects with marketing/advertising vendors and ensure
deliverables are on schedule and within budget
• Present project updates and deliverables to various audiences as
needed
• Perform other projects and tasks as assigned

Major Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage strategic marketing initiatives and projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope,
deliverables, timeline, and budgets - and guide a variety of
simultaneous projects through to completion.
• Facilitate projects with external vendors and agencies and ensure
deliverables are on time and within budget.
• Create and maintain information and documents respective to
specific projects managed under this role
• Lead effective cross functional meetings related to the
project
• Present project topic and updates to various audiences as needed
for the project
• Other projects as assigned by the Director
Qualifications:
• 5 years marketing experience or equivalent combination of
marketing and IT experience
• Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
• Requires excellent written and verbal communications
• Ability to effectively work on multiple projects under tight
deadlines, maintaining productivity and cost effectiveness through
project completion
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional teams
including customers, subject matter experts, IT and vendors
• Strong project management skills required
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
• Strong computer skills - Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel;
Adobe Acrobat
• Experience with web marketing tactics and strategies.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of
the job
• Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule,
work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment

required.
