Job Description:

Schuylkill County's Top Rated New Car Dealership is seeking a full-time Finance and Insurance Manager.

Hours are Monday through Friday 8:30AM to 6:00PM, Saturdays 8:30AM to 5:00PM You will have a scheduled day off during the week.

New car dealership experience preferred, or similar experience in a lending atmosphere, or sales management with proven sales ability.

Responsibilities Include:

• Obtain financing or lease contracts for our customers
• Sell extended service contracts, GAP protection, paint protection and other products
• Maintain finance and insurance sales logs
• Maintain contracts in transit
• Complete title work
• Train sales people in the products we offer
• Train sales people in best practices for the structure of deals
• Maintain Federal and State compliance
• Maintain a good relationship with our lender group
  Requirements:
  
  • Stellar customer service skills
  • Proven sales ability
  • Attention to detail with strong computer skills
  • Title work experience a plus
