Nursing Programs (Evening) is responsible for the administration of
the associate degree nursing (ADN) evening program and
administrative oversight of the basic life support (BLS) program.
The Assistant Director of Nursing Programs (Evening) also budgets,
plans, organizes, supervises and provides oversight for the ADN and
BLS programs. This includes active participation in student
advising, curricula management and development, clinical
partnerships, assessment of student learning and accreditation. The
Assistant Director of Nursing Programs (Evening) establishes and
maintains close working relationships with other academic and
student support areas of the College for ease of student advisement
and admission.Education and/or Experience: Requirements: Master's
degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited college or university
Minimum of 5 years nursing experience as an RN Unrestricted license
to practice as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania Preferred:
Doctoral degree in nursing Management experience in a team-oriented
workplace Recent experience with curriculum development and
systematic program evaluation College level teaching experience
Experience in distance education, i.e. online, hybrid and/or web
enhanced courses or willingness to learn and teach in these modes
Certificates, Licenses, Registration: Current unrestricted nursing
licensure to practice in Pennsylvania is required. Why join our
