As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our customers. You will be the primary point of contact for any inquiries or requests and will work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction. This is an in-office position Monday - Friday. Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling incoming calls and emails from customers, responding to requests in an efficient and timely manner
• Processing orders received by phone, fax, email, or mail, entering them into the system per established procedures
• Communicating with customers and sales representatives to obtain information necessary to complete orders or resolve problems
• Providing follow-up as required on each order and completing order changes or cancellations as requested
• Investigating and reporting on ship dates, carriers, tracking numbers, and other order-related information
