• Employment Type: TravelJob Description & RequirementsMedical Laboratory Technician - (Med Lab Tech - MLT)StartDate: 02/01/2021Available Shifts: 8 E, 8 N Pay Rate: $1400.00 - 1700.00200 bed facility. 1 traveler needed for Chemistry and 1 traveler needed for Hematology. 3+ years of experience. 50 mile radius rule. No more than a 3 month work history gap in the last year. CLS/MT(ASCP) or MLT(ASCP). 80% of workload is from outreach sites. Chemistry - Beckman AU680, DxI 600, Remisol middleware, Siemens XP, IRIS Urinalysis analyzers- AX4030 and iQ200 Elite, Aution Eleven. Hematology/ Coag - Sysmex XN3100 (WAM), IL ACL TOP 500. HIS/ LIS - Cerner Millennium PowerChart/ PathNet. Understanding of QC rules and self-motivated. PREFER: Experience with above mentioned analyzers and Good depth of knowledge of QC principles. TYPICAL PROCEDURES: General Chemistry, Immunology, Toxicology (screening), Urinalysis, limited serology, CBC w/ automated and manual differential, Body Fluid analysis, CSF analysis, General Coag, ESRs. Team player, ability to work with others for the common good of the patients that we serve. DRESS CODE: Scrubs, color not specified or business casual, Slacks/ pants, Footwear, lab safe, no open toes or canvas type. Skid resistant.
