As Critical Care Nurse, the position develops, implements and evaluates the nursing plan of patient care and implements the medical plan of care in collaboration with all disciplines. For a limited time, the Hospital will be offering an RN sign on bonus of $10,000 total payout for new hires who have at least 18 months of RN work experience ($3,000 payouts in 6, 12, and 18 months; $1,000 on first check). Must maintain FTE of .6 or higher in a bonus eligible unit. Base pay rate is based on your years of nursing experience plus $7/hour premium pay. Additional shift and weekend differentials are added, where applicable.
