Job Description:
Currently hiring a licensed PT to provide Physical therapy
services in a Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care setting. Responsible
to evaluate and provide PT treatments to residents using the most
current techniques per physician order and established Plan of
Care. Daily notes and billing, weekly clinical progress notes, and
rehab discharge programs for each resident shall be completed via
Rehab Optima. This position requires PT licensure in applicable
state, accuracy, dependability and discretion with regard for
confidentiality and proficient computer skills.Job Type:
