orthopedic care with four locations across Lancaster and Lebanon
counties. We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our
clinical team as a Clinical Assistant.Schedule/Work
Environment:Full TimeWeekdays 5-hour and 10-hour shifts between
6:45am-6:00pm with possible Saturday rotationNo Holidays/CallOffice
ClinicJob Description/Duties:Welcome Patients to the practiceEnsure
all related reports, labs and information is filed is available in
patients' medical records prior to their appointmentPrepares
patients for examination, including suture/staple removalAcquire
Vitals and accurately document in EMRInterview patient for
allergies, medications, and historyAssist the physician in the exam
roomPrepare Injections/supplies using sterile techniqueApply
Durable Medical Equipment (DME)Provide patient education for care
after visitMaintain equipment and stock exam roomsAssist with
patient check-outProvides patients with accurate information when
answering questions and concernsComplete referrals accurately and
appropriatelyAcquire radiographic images using ALARA when licensed
according to state regulationOther Responsibilities:Adheres to
company policies and proceduresMaintains patient records and
protects patient confidentialityDemonstrates a strong commitment to
the mission and values of the organizationAdheres to company
attendance standardsPerforms other duties as assignedLicensed
