H2 Health is seeking a full-time Clinic Director - Physical Therapist (PT) to work at Assisted Living Facilities located in Lewisburg, PA.

As Clinic Director, you will be accountable for the day-to-day management of the therapy services of the Assisted Living Facilities to assure proper utilization of available resources and continuous quality improvement as well as providing clinical services to patients (60-70% clinical and the rest administrative). Our ideal candidate will have a multi-disciplinary-minded approach with strong leadership abilities to oversee other disciplines.

Education: Graduate of an accredited (APTA) Physical Therapy program.

Experience: Prior experience in leadership is preferred. A newly licensed therapist or/or new graduate will not be considered.

Qualifications:
Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania
Direct access license is a plus
Must be comfortable working with the geriatric population and patients with Alzheimer's and Dementia
Must pass required background checks
Facility Hours: Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Compensation: Salary, commensurate with experience with a $5,000 Sign-on Bonus

Job Type: Full-time
