H2 Health is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to work at our H2 Health Senior Care of Philadelphia Division . Therapists must be willing to treat patients in senior living communities in the Yardley area.

This position will evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric caseload with a mix of general orthopedic conditions, vestibular rehab, neurologic movement disorders, and performance enhancement programs. The therapist must be able to work independently and in teams and make appropriate decisions based on each patient's functional needs.

Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy or Physical Therapy Assistant program.

Experience: Prior experience working with dementia and Alzheimer's patients is preferred

Qualifications:
Licensed Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Pennsylvania
Must be able to work independently
Experience with dementia patients is a plus
Must be comfortable working in an Assistant Living Facility with the geriatric population
Must pass required background checks
Facility Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM to 5 PM flexible schedule

Compensation: Per visit pay, Commensurate with experience

Job Type: PRN (as needed)
