Job Summary Geisinger is seeking an experienced PA or NP to join our NICU team at the Janet Weis Children s Hospital at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, PA. Job Duties Opportunity Details

• Flexible shifts - 10, 12, 16 hours
• 41 bed, Level IV NICU
• 2,000 deliveries annually
• No outpatient clinicEssential Responsibilities
  • Attending deliveries/delivery room management of all infants less than 35 weeks and other high-risk indications
  • Admissions including history and physical
  • Assessments and ongoing management of current NICU patients
  • Ground and air transports
  • Intubation
  • Umbilical line placement
  • Chest tubes
  • Arterial puncture
  • Arterial line placement
  • Ventilator management
  • Whole body cooling for HIE
  • Others as applicableQualifications
    • Minimum of 1-year NNP or PA experience in a level III or IV NICU required
