(LPN/RN) for our New Mental Health (MH) Treatment Adolescent
Residential Treatment Facility (RTF) Program in Manheim, PA and

position.CSG is offering a $1,500 Sign-On-Bonus for this position.
The $1,500 will be paid at the successful completion of the 3-month
evaluation period.This position offers:Competitive compensation.An
opportunity to work at a site based location with consistent and
stable hours.Schedules:Full-Time (40 hrs./wk.) Monday to Friday, 8
AM to 4:30 PM with some evenings and weekends possible.Part-Time
(20 hrs./wk.) Primarily evenings, weekends, and holidays but may
work any day of the week.The opportunity to help open and grow a
new program at CSG while growing your human services career!About
the Program:The Residential Treatment Facility program is 24/7/365
and designed for adolescents ages 14 to 18 years old whose needs
cannot be met in a lower level of care or in their primary home and
community settings. The program will have space and resources for
eight (8) adolescents. Evaluation, assessment and evidence based
programming will be offered to stabilize and improve functioning.
Individual and family therapy, psychiatric monitoring, educational
groups and family and community engagement opportunities will be
provided as interventions in the program. Treatment is
individualized and builds on adolescent and family strengths, as
well as principles of recovery and resiliency and trauma-informed
care. The participation of families and other identified community
supports is required throughout treatment.About the Position:As a
Nurse at the Adolescent Residential Treatment Facility (RTF), you
will work in the care and treatment of adolescents with a mental
health (MH) diagnosis, which may include physical health
issues/injuries and difficulty meeting their daily living
activities while participating in the Adolescent RTF program. You
will also:Complete health appraisal on adolescents when admitted to
the program.Provide assistance to physicians as needed.Evaluate,
observe, and assess physical health conditions.Assist with any
treatments prescribed by prescriber.Assist with ensuring
adolescents receive error free medication at prescribed times
during assigned shifts on site.Assist in administering/monitoring
medications during assigned shifts and observes potential side
effects.Monitor vitals and intakes and outputs.Administer
injections per physician orders.Train employees to correctly carry
out physician orders.Provide education on medication, physical
health, psychiatric health, nutrition, and self-care as
appropriate.Educate program staff on any needed physical health
matter for consistency in care.Assist with coordination of care
with pharmacy, physicians, and other health care
providers.Participate in treatment team meetings when
possible.Provide family members of adolescents with education about
prescribed medications and potential side effects.Complete
medication progress sheets daily if regulated by program.Provide
medication/health teaching as needed.Assist/manage medication
refills, as needed.Obtain medication and treatment needed from
pharmacy or medication samples if available.Complete medication
release forms for discharge, as needed if regulated by
program.Complete pill and/or narcotic counts on an established
schedule if required by program.Complete and facilitate medication
disposal, as needed.Complete medication records i.e., Medication
Account Records, Physician Order Sheets, Nursing Tracking Forms
etc. as per established schedule.Complete medication record audits
as per established schedule.Provide First/Aid/Acute care as
needed.Complete reports as per program regulations.Provide or
direct the provision of nursing care in accordance with the nurse
practice act and legal responsibilities as defined by the State

availability will vary.Qualifications:A valid Licensed Practical
Nurse (LPN) license or a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the
state of Pennsylvania.At least one year of psychiatric
experience.Ability to work flexible hours to meet adolescent's and
program's needs.A valid driver's license, good driving record, and
access to a reliable vehicle to attend training and
meetings.Ability to obtain clearances as defined by
