consultations and guidance with regard to their medical cannabis

initiatives. Actions and efforts must positively contribute to the

and patient needs across multiple states. -WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Lead by example through being the
ultimate illustration of service, dedication, pace and
energyMentor, motivate, elevate and inspire the managers and store
staff through continual training on compliance, products, and best
practicesAdhere to and promote the culture of positivity,
professionalism and compliance of policies and state
regulationsConduct over-the-phone and in-person consultations and
follow-ups to ensure that patients and caregivers are receiving
accurate and helpful information in a caring and compassionate
wayFollow policies and procedures and execute all company programs
for customer service, patient and visitor management, state
compliance and safety and security guidelinesGuide patients and
employees with cannabis recommendations including product
selection, affects, potency, dosing, methods of consumption, and
administrationIdentify and develop process improvements to assist
with company growthGuide patients and employees with cannabis
recommendations including product selection, affects, potency,
dosing, methods of consumption, and administrationEffectively and
diplomatically handle employee or customer concerns and complaints
while interfacing with the Store Manager and the Regional
ManagerAssist with onboarding and training of new Medical
ProfessionalsMust be flexible regarding work schedule and willing
to work 5-6 days per week including evenings, weekends, opening and
closingComplete any needed assistance including oversight and
coverage outside of assigned region as needed - -WHAT WE ARE
LOOKING FOR:
Must hold an active PA medical /
pharmacy license and be a registered medical professional with the
Department of Health Office of Medical MarijuanaMust be willing to
submit and pass a comprehensive background check per NRSStrong team
management and personal communication skillsAbility to thrive
within a fast-paced environmentStrong compliance and regulation
attitudeExcellent oral and written communication skillsDetail
oriented and focusedMS Office proficient with ability to utilize
and navigate multiple software platforms with easeKnowledge of
cannabisConstantly perform desk-based computer tasksFrequently
sittingOccasionally stand/walk, reach/work above shoulders, grasp
lightly/fine manipulation, grasp forcefully, use a telephone,
sort/file paperwork or parts, lift/carry/push/pull objects that
weigh up to 25 poundsOccasionally Twist/bend/stoop/squat,
