plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.On each assignment,
provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with

and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.Collects,
analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care
members and documents actual and/or potential nursing
diagnoses.Qualifications:Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the
state in which the LPN/LVN will practice.Current TB or Chest
