Position Overview

As a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing nursing staff, ensuring high-quality care, and fostering a positive, team-oriented environment. Your responsibilities will include assessing and monitoring residents, implementing treatment plans, and leading staff to provide compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted leader and mentor to nursing staff, fostering teamwork and professional growth.
Provide direct patient care and supervision, ensuring residents receive the highest level of attention.
Assess residents' medical conditions and monitor responses to care plans prescribed by physicians.
Administer medications and treatments, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to regulations.
Maintain a clean, safe, and secure environment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to enhance the physical, social, and psychological well-being of residents.
Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in Pennsylvania (Required)
Previous RN supervisory or leadership experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Passion for mentorship, teamwork, and providing exceptional patient care
