If you're dedicated to making a difference and want to grow alongside a thriving group practice, we'd love to hear from you.Compensation- Our contractors receive a generous percentage of revenue in addition to workshop and intensive opportunitiesCompensation:$50,000 - $80,000Responsibilities:Provide one-on-one therapy to clients of your choosingConduct thorough assessments using medical records, interviews, observations, and collaboration with team members to determine client mental health statusCreate individualized treatment plans with measurable goals and objectivesProvide follow-up care, crisis intervention when necessary, and consistent communication with referral sourcesComplete timely documentation-notes must be submitted within 24 hoursRespond promptly to referrals and maintain professional, dependable attendance (frequent cancellations send the wrong message to those in need)Maintain clinical boundaries and adhere to ethical standardsActively participate in our team culture of empowerment, support, and collaborationQualifications:Active PA licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist, LSW, LAPC)Strong clinical skills and ethical standardsReliable, compassionate, and self-motivatedExcellent written and verbal communicationMinimum of 3-5 years of working with mental health patients is requiredOutstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbout CompanyFounded in 2016, Mountaintop Counseling LLC is a thriving, multi-location group practice serving Northeastern Pennsylvania.
