Start date : Aug End date : Ongoing Coverage type: Scheduled Clinic Hours Call Schedule: Neurology - Pure Vascular, Competence with tpa administration Schedule Hours for Clinic /Hospital 8 AM - 5 PM Schedule Days Clinic /Hospital total of 9 days per month (7 days straight with night call during weekend and one extra weekend) Call Night /Weekend - 2 nights per week (Mon - Thur), and 3 nights from Friday, Saturday and Sunday What are the days for Call Monday - Sunday during week, Saturday to Sunday for weekend What Time does the Call start 8am What Time does Call end 5pm Schedule you need filled ongoing until position is filled Rounding yes Average Number of Admissions per shift - no admissions, consult only. Hospitalist will admit patients to regular floor, Neuro-Critical Care will admit to ICU The doctor covering would determine who need tpa. Vascular neurology fellowship is not required by preferred. 5 - 10 new patients per day, vascular only, in-patient only, plus follow ups as needed Phone Consults - Overnight stroke alerts can be done remotely via telemedicine Age of patients - Adults only Inpatient - 100% inpatient What support staff is available - Advanced Practitioner during M-F Are Temp Privileges Granted - Yes on case by case basis Minimum Board Certification: BE EMR System: Epic
