People-Centric Approach in East Norriton Collaboration within the Local Team: Our cohesive and dynamic team of 16 physicians has established a strong reputation for working collaboratively with various hospital departments at Jefferson Einstein Montgomery to ensure the highest quality of care for our patients. Our team consists of clinicians from diverse backgrounds in geography, education, and training, known for their reliability and adaptability. Many team members actively participate in hospital committees, strengthening our relationships with specialists and the supportive executive team. To enhance the patient experience, our clinical performance nurse plays a crucial role in guiding you through the care process. Qualifications: Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Preferred academic experience Authorized to work in the United States Practice at the Heart of the Community Scheduling Details: For full-time positions, the schedule consists of 7 consecutive days on followed by 7 days off. Working hours are from 7 am to 7 pm. Primary Responsibilities: The hospital features a closed ICU managed by Sound Physicians’ intensivists available 24/7. All procedures are conducted by the intensivist team and interventional radiology. Responsibilities include conducting rounds, managing admissions and discharges, and participating in multidisciplinary rounds, table rounds, and teaching residents from Einstein Montgomery in family medicine, internal medicine, and transitional year programs. Geographic rounding is performed when feasible. Our hospitalist team is involved in rapid response and code teams, with all members certified in basic life support and advanced cardiovascular life support. Residents will handle rapid responses and codes under your supervision until the intensivist arrives. Monthly team meetings are held to share important information from administration, discuss operational matters, and gather feedback. We welcome candidates interested in full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts. Our electronic health record system is Cerner, integrated with Dragon, and we have access to our internal informatics platform.
